My first goal was to get a horse to move logically. Different speeds, different duration's ect ect. I found that an Arduino board could do this so I went and purchased one. I started off watching same basic tutorials to get to the level where I needed to be.

What You Will Learn

In this tutorial, you will learn how to do a basic program with the Arduino. I feel if you can do this step, you can do all of the electronics. All this program will do is make a light blink.

Be sure you shop around a little for an Arduino. I purchased mine from Micro Center for $5.99 each. Radio Shack has genuine ones for $24.99. The complete project needs 10 or so Uno's and the cheaper ones seems to work just as well.

void setup()
	pinMode(13, OUTPUT);

void loop()
	digitalWrite(13, HIGH);
	digitalWrite(13, LOW);

You will use declarations, DigitialWrite, and delay in every program written.
